Your evaluation and care plan can be accomplished either by telehealth or by meeting your clinician in any of our offices. Care can be provided in both settings over the course of time with us. We serve the following areas: New York City Metropolitan Area (Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens), Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk Counties), Westchester County (White Plains), Orange County (Newburgh), Ulster County (Kingston), Saratoga County (Clifton Park), New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Florida.
